Urban Gardening with a New Orleans Twist
Born from New Orleans’ post-Katrina urban gardening movement, Know Dat Grow Dat has grown into a thriving local producer bringing fresh, sustainable food to farmers markets across the city. Founded by retired pharmacist Michael Beauchamp, we’re dedicated to nourishing our community through healthy, flavorful produce and education on the power of good nutrition.

Mike’s Micro Greens — Our Flagship Product
